Well, I could be more creative but most of the time lunch is a "git her done" kinda deal. I don't really enjoy cooking unless I'm in the mood. The good thing is that with cookie cutter lunches, they are just exciting enough for Z to actually want to eat without the extra effort on my part.
This was a Turkey "Sammie" (as Z says) on wheat with "stoplights" made from celery from our CSA Basket (they are mini celery right now), PB and red, yellow and green M&M's.

He Loved!

3 JUICY LOVE NOTES:
The bear puzzle Christy had at Superheroes and Princesses is also available from Melissa and Doug (for about $10). Sadly I've noticed that what is at one Target is not always at another.
I have made cookie cutter sandwiches before, but I LOVE the stop lights - so cute!!!!!
These are great. I love the stoplights.
