THAT'S THE EASIEST CRAFT KIT EVER!
STEPS:
Step 1: PAINT!
Paint then let dry before moving on.
Step 2: Cut
Just basic cuts straight(ish) in along the perimeter of the plate to create petals.
Slightly bend the petals in for texture.
This would also be a good time to but a stem from construction paper if you want one.
Step 3 & 4: Glue & Apply
Apply stem to back if you have one.
Paint on glue to the center of the flower pour on the seeds or glitter or nuts or whatever you want to the center of the plate.
