Potty Training Part 3- Potty Watch

I have to say The Potty Watch is probably one of the coolest potty training tools EVER! I remember seeing it when my son was an infant and thinking I HAD to get this when we did potty training! The Potty Watch counts down from 30-90 min and then gently reminds your little one to go potty by playing a little song. After it goes off it restarts itself and counts down again.

I can tell you that this little device DID NOT disappoint! It got our son motivated to use the potty which initially was such a hurdle for us. Before we got The Potty Watch he had used the potty for a while but then just decided he was not going to do it anymore.

We were also not consistent with potty times and this is FAR better than using a timer that you have to set every hour or so because you don't have to set and reset it. The Potty Watch resets itself after it goes off so I don't have to remember to reset a timer. Trust me, I DO and WILL forget otherwise.

Our son quickly learned that he had to stop what he was doing to use the potty whenever one of the songs began to play. During times he didn't want to wear the watch, we kept it close by as a reminder for us. Both my husband and I have said how we would be cleaning up more accidents if it weren't for the watch.

The Potty Watch comes in Blue, Green, and Pink and sells for only $9.99.

I think it's a great getting started gift for any little one beginning potty training!

This looks like a great idea. Does the watch have a variety of songs to choose from or is there just one? I know some types of songs attract my son and others he flat out ignores.

THis is a great idea. My husband always forgets to change his diaper until he is soaked, so when we start potty training soon I think he will have lots of accidents on his hands. THe watch could help.
