Flax Matters Review & Giveaway! CLOSED

I am really excited to tell you about Flax Matters. We all know Flax/Flax seed is good for us right? It's high in omega 3's and 6's and fiber and beneficial in so many ways. I'm not going to give you a lesson but check out this short video to learn more about flax:

Now you know about flax, but what's so cool about this product? THE SHELF LIFE and subsequently the quality.You know when you buy flax from the bins or even the bottles of just the oil and it has a very short shelf life? I have wasted so much because of that! The process they put the flax through is what they call the MedowPure process which prevents the short shelf life by taking only the best seeds preventing oxidizing and spoilage.

The shelf life for milled flax is 2 years from opening and whole seeds is 5 years from opening! How amazing is that?! They also sell a variety of products from whole seed to ultra smooth and baking mixes, bars and more so you can be sure you will find something that works for you!

I have tried to ultra smooth in a smoothie and am excited to find ways to incorporate it into our diets. The website also includes LOTS recipes which I will be checking out! I hope you will check it out too!
