Super Healthy Kid's Eat The Rainbow!



One of my Fave blogs SUPER HEALTHY KIDS is doing a series on Eating The Rainbow with some great ideas and even resources (like a coloring page) for your little ones!

You could make a rainbow out of pictures of food, and maybe try eating the different things you put in your rainbow.

i was able to order a free kit a few years ago that came with worksheets, posters, coloring sheets, and crayola crayons (with food names- like brown is Patrick Potato Beige and green is Lucy Lettuce green) I couldnt find the site with the free kit- but the website above has the coloring sheets,etc available to download... i will probably be writing a post about this since this is our nutrition month!
and your birthday giveaway month is such a great idea- i love the stitches so sweet giveaway but i am retarded and can't find their follow button :(
