Grandma taught the 3 year olds how to play Go Fish. I actually didn't think Zorro was even old enough to play that but lo and behold...leave it to grandma and not only does he know how to play, he LOVES it! In fact he loves card games so much now and is learning several others.... but there was always a bit of a dilemma. Those little hands can't hold all those cards!
I remember seeing playing card holders for kids to help them hold cards and I figured it would be worth the investment to buy some, that is until I came across
THIS tutorial for making your own!
TOOLS:
- Old CD's or DVD's (2 per person)
- Super Glue*
- Stickers
STEPS:
- Super glue lower 1/4 of the CD's together
- set aside to dry
- Let child decorate with stickers
- PLAY SOME GAMES!!!
*This is obviously an assisted parent activity. Parent does super glue, child does stickers. Another option is to give child tape.
3 JUICY LOVE NOTES:

Cute idea. I also saw one using a chip clip that seemed like a cool idea.
