FEEDBURNER FRUSTRATION

Anyone semi proficient with feedburner??? I'm so confused! I claimed my blog & got the address.....NOW WHAT? I read all the stuff flipped through the screens but I am just not getting it. I can really use some help PLEASE!!!!!
