It's Finals Time

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's finals time for D.

I HATE this.

I know D is beyond stressed out studying all day every day but i"m stressed out too!!!

Food has become my best friend (and worst enemy) these last 2 weeks. I can't stop eating. Yesterday I have an egg and turkey sausage and toast for breakfast, pear, 2 hostess cupcakes, turkey sandwich with far too many chips (at least they were baked?), skittles, 1/2 Cadbury fruit and nut bar, stew, 2 rolls, strawberries, pineapple, blackberries, grapes....and I'm sure more that I can't remember.... Hey wait...Where's the veggies???

That's not even all that bad I at least ate lots of fruit. You should se other days... Taco Bell, Burger King, Yoshinoya, Mc D's, Pizza, Chinese... Ya....

Don't judge

IT'S FINALS! I think it's safe to say I'm not handling the stress very well.

it's crazy how food can be so comforting at times.... i was telling my husband the other night about how i weigh more now than i ever have and i should do something about it AS i was dipping my fries in a chocolate frosty (weird habit i know). the sad thing is i don't feel guilty about eating! i hope that finals go fabulously for D and your family... luckily they don't last forever!!!

I hope some of these help!! I also found a couple of books at the library on Weather Experiments when I went last week. I didn't set out to find them, but was SO glad I did! I would check out the Children's Books section and see if they have some books on Energy Experiments as well...I am sure they do!!

Yep - food and stress go really well together. It's like everytime I'm trying to concentrate on something, food thoughts pop into my head and won't go away unless I put some food in my mouth... :)
