Some of you asked how I lost the 15 lbs or what I am doing.
Here's just a quick look at my weekly routine. It's pretty simple.
I go to the gym about 4 times a week (sometimes 5).
2-3 days I do 1 hour of cardio about 20 min on bike, 30 min elliptical & 10 on treadmil -or whatever I feel like doing-but I always mix it up. It makes the time go by quicker.
Then 2 times a week I go for 2 hours. 1 hour cardio, 1 hour weights which I do lower body one day & upper body another.
I also make sure I am generally moving more. I don't sit as much & I even makw sure I work on the computer standing up! :) Because you know, you get comfortable then its easy to stay a little longer.
As far as eating goes, I'm still fine tuning this, but I try to make sure & eat breakfast (I am a serial bfast skipper) and I usually eat a light frozen meal with 1/2 bag of frozen veggies for lunch & snack. I eat the rest of the veggies for dinner & try to make sure dinner consists of loads of veggies as well. PLUS LOTS OF WATER!
so as you see no real science just lots of veggies & water & lots of working out. I walways said I didn't have the time but less time on comp & support has made it possible to maintain this schedule thus far.

PS I have fam in town so I will continue to be MIA until later this week. We are still doing Itty-Bitty Bookworm Curriculum and I stetched it out for 2 weeks of pumpkin fun since we are so busy & there's loads of kids! (S loves so many kids around!)
