The Natural Fitness Resistance and Toning Kit is pretty awesome! I love that the ball is a non toxic plastic and it's very durable. I was worried! But so far it's survived a few kids body slamming it so I think it's going to hold up nicely. It's also great for resistance training when traveling or at home!
